Outlook on the Web

CforR is moving from Google G Suite to Microsoft 365 in the second half of January. Outlook on the Web will be the initial default way of using cforr.org email on your computer, and the Outlook mobile app is how you will send and receive email on your mobile device.

  • Outlook on the Web – Webmail similar to Gmail nothing to install works from any computer or device with an internet connection. Just go to outlook.office.com and use your email credentials. You may have multi-factor authentication which occasionally requires you to also enter a code texted to your phone. Please remember to always select school or office if given the choice while logging in.

  • Outlook Mobile App  – Available from App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android (use your phone to install these). Install and use login credentials and multi-factor security code if necessary.

  • Outlook Desktop App  – This option will not be available immediately, but will be added in the next few weeks.  This app is downloaded and installed from portal.office.com, the most feature-rich Outlook app, but also the most resource-intensive, complex, and most prone to support issues. After downloading login as you would with the Web or mobile apps.
