Peer Advisory Leadership (PAL) Committee Meeting (Hybrid)

PAC Meeting – Monday, 5/22. 5pm-7pm.
The Communities for Recovery (C4R) Peer Advisory Leadership (PAL) Committee is committed to providing leadership, guidance and advocacy to its members, volunteers, peers, and the recovery community at large. The PAL Committee accomplishes its mission through networking, advocacy, promoting diversity, education, and opportunities within the recovery community.
PAL Committee is for anybody who wants to ‘give to keep’ and is an opportunity to train its members to be community leaders. Its purpose is addressing and overcoming strategic challenges facing program participants. The PAL members make suggestions and recommendations on program operations, groups offered, engagement, peer-support, and networking. It is a hybrid monthly meeting held at our community center and via Zoom. An effective PAL Committee will provide a forum for peer networking, critical, consequential, and creative thinking, while enabling all members to develop solutions to improve recovery management.

3. Introduction of PAL by-laws.
4. Summary of meeting, wrap up and looking forward to June’s meeting.
