SMART Recovery Meeting

SMART Recovery stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training, an evidence-based method of self-empowerment to overcome substance use issues. SMART Recovery offers participants behavioral tools to transform their coping mechanisms and take on an active role in creating a new recovery lifestyle. Participants from all recovery traditions can benefit from utilizing SMART techniques.

Join us at our center every Thursday at 7 pm to learn more about SMART Recovery!
