Join Communities for Recovery every week on Sundays from 4:00 – 5:00 pm for a Kundalini Yoga practice! Kundalini is a deeply spiritual form of yoga practice designed to help you harness your energy with the power of breath and gentle movement. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
